The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of K.L.B. D.A.V. College for Girls, Palampur organized a One-Day Mentor–Mentee Orientation Programme on 7th November 2025.
The session was conducted by Dr. Shivani Nagpal, Vice Principal and Head, Department of Teacher Education, who served as the Resource Person for the event.
The session highlighted the significance of the mentor–mentee system in ensuring the holistic development of students and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement. The orientation aimed to familiarize mentors with their roles, responsibilities, and effective strategies for student support and record maintenance.
The programme concluded with an interactive discussion and a collective commitment to strengthening the mentoring framework under the guidance of IQAC.
