NSS Volunteers and NCC Cadets celebrated 15th August and participated enthusiastically in parade, patriotic dance and solo song at Mini-Secretariate Park, Palampur. Chiefguest of the event, SDM Palampur, Ms Netra Meti, congratulated the participants for their entusiastic performances.
