On Tuesday, 17th June 2025, a Placement Drive was organized at KLB DAV Girls College with the support of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). On this occasion, various schools such as Mother’s Touch School, Prime Axis Academy, Tiny Tots Education Society, Educator Academy, ABM School Thakurdwara, and Cambridge School Palampur conducted interviews. A total of 23 students participated in the drive. All the students fulfilled the required teaching qualifications. The college Director, Prof (Dr) R. S. Rana, stated that the purpose of this placement drive was to make students self-reliant and to boost their confidence so that they can achieve their goals in the future. He also congratulated the students and encouraged them to perform well. Dr. Shivani Nagpal, Vice Principal and Head of the Education Department, expressed confidence in the students’ abilities and said that youth should focus on learning as much as possible. She added that by becoming teachers, students can contribute to nation-building in the future. The students also felt happy and excited during the Placement Drive. They expressed their gratitude to the College Management Committee President, Mr. Brij Bihari Lal Butail, and Secretary, Mr. Rajender Singh Thakur.
