The sixth day of the Faculty Development Programme commenced with a brief recapitulation and the first technical session was delivered by Dr. Shivani Nagpal, IQAC Coordinator from KLB DAV College, Palampur. She presented an insightful lecture on “Building Quality Research: From Sampling Techniques to Reliable and Valid Tools.” Her session focused on enhancing research quality by explaining appropriate sampling methods and the importance of reliability and validity in research tools. The session was highly informative and beneficial for participants aiming to strengthen their research skills.

This was followed by an interactive Q/A session, where participants actively engaged with the speaker and clarified their queries.Second session conducted by Prof. Satyabhan Yadav, Principal of Government PG Commerce College, Alwar (Rajasthan). His session on “Academic Writing: Structure Research Papers and Reports, Reference Management Tools” provided valuable insights into effective academic writing. He elaborated on structuring research papers and highlighted the use of reference management tools, which are essential for maintaining academic integrity and quality.
The day concluded with a query resolution session, where participants discussed their doubts and gained further clarity on the topics covered.
Overall, Day 6 was highly productive, focusing on strengthening research methodology and academic writing skills among the participants.
